Okay, this kept me occupied for a while... haha! I can hear most of these but there's a few points i wanna make and few pointers I need to ask...

My findings:

*On 'Bury Me' I hear "Boys, Let's do it"

*In 'Soma' the evangelist says a few more words before saying "...and you need to resist the devil so that he will flee" but I cannot make it out. Can anyone else??

*The sound effect in 'Set the Ray to Jerry' sounds most like a duck quack. Cute.

*In 'The Boy' at 2:57-59 I hear a guitar twang type noise but not talking.

*Where HeavyMetalMachine refers to the studio talk in 'Marquis in Spades', I actually here this at the end of 'Tribute to Johnny' on the 'Zero' single. Only the 'Fucker' bit appears before 'Marquis' kicks in when played on Judas O

*I agree with Ronbuca, the beeps at the end of Porcelina are pretty cool.

*The strange voices at the end of 'Quiet' sound a lot like a cartoon playing on a TV in background.

*At 3:04 in 'Disarm' I hear a noise, not so much a scream but a bang or chime.

***And where I need a pointer is... I have listened to 'Disarm' probably more times than I've eaten breakfast and I listened very closely several times tonight, but I cannot hear opera singing at the end Where does it come in and how long does it last? I didn't have a set of headphones but my computer stereo is a quality unit and I just can't hear it. Help. Please.

and that scream at 3:04 is pretty chilling.

Rightio, I'll have to listen on a headset then coz I just can't hear either of them on my system at the moment. We are talking standard issue of Siamese Dream right?

Yup, the original version. It's very hard to here. It took me a few plays to fully here it. But once you find it you'll notice it all the time (that is only if you have your stereo turned up all the way of course. )

It has to be really loud. Like I said, It's hard to hear at first but eventually you'll totaly notice it.

I can't hear the scream at 3:04. I hear something, but it just sounds like a gong to me. Also I don't hear the opera singing, it sounds like a cello or maybe a few cellos playing that note.

Well there is deffinatly opera singing at the end. As for the scream, it might not be, however I am almost positive it is. To me it sounds just like a scream and a scream would fit perfectly with the mood of the song. If you still can't hear it, try turning the bass down.

I can't be bothered to go through and listen for all those (well, the ones I didn't already know about). Not right now anyway.

I just tried to hear the scream in Disarm, but couldn't hear it. I hear the gong right on 3:04, but that's so obvious I don't think it would be considered 'hidden'. I was just listening through speakers though - I'll try it through my headphones, but I'd be surprised if I hear it, as I never have before.

I get the opera - very faint, very brief but it's definitely there

As for the scream - nope. Spot on 3:04 I hear a gong or deep chime noise. It doesn't resemble a scream to me, but ben94gt says it's 'a chilling scream'. Maybe it's like those crazy ringtones that are at a frequency only some people can hear

by opera you mean a sustained note in the background? isn't that a guitar harmonic or an e-bow or something like that? i hear the screaming, but the opera im not sure about :P

Nope, The opera singing is deffinatly there. The only way I can here it is when my computer speakers are turned all the way up and even then it is still very quiet. Experiment with the volume and bass. You should be able to find it eventually. And if not, I wouldn't spend alot of time trying to here it. It only lasts for about a second and all it is is a few sustained "ahhs" by an opera singer.

i hear the scream at 3:04, powerful stuff

the way i did it was i turned up my amp REALLLLLLLY LOUD right wen disarm ends, and put my ear right up to the speakers. as long as you dont have your computer/cd on shuffle, you shouldnt blow your brain out your ears, cause everybody knows that the song after disarm is soma, and that is extremely quiet at the start.
