I dont want the live residency songs on a compilation.Im tired of live stuff. Wheres the beef? Problem is the songs are ruined by the crowd and all you hear is screaming and talking half the time.Its annoying. The Leaving Lament and Psalm 131 were ruined by the crowd. No we need to petition Billy's ass to get these songs to us.Those songs need to be compiled along with other songs on a Pisces Iscariot/Judas 0 like compilation for us to buy and download on SP.com.Or the very least these songs need to be b sides on the 7 inch vinyls so I can go through the pain of getting it to mp3 or someone else can. Come on Billy! Your not giving us much to sink our teeth into!

He's hardly going to record them all in the studio just to release them as a "rarities" kind of set.

You're making the assumption that he has all of those tracks recorded and produced. I'm sure he's got demo tapes, but I highly doubt there's enough salable tracks to justify another PI or Judas O. Some fans would be fine paying a bit for "demo-quality" tracks, but lots of fans would be pissed if they were asked to pay for demos.

Billy wrote most of those songs in the morning and played them at night. I really don't if he recorded a studio version of them or not. But because he wrote them like two years ago and kept playing them live he might be sick of them.

Max I don't know if you are a musician or not so you might not realize this, but when musicians write a song sometimes they become sick of it. I have written so many songs but I am disgusted by a lot of them because the lyrics are too cheesy or I feel they are not up to my potential. I have a feeling the same thing happened to Billy.

I write poetry.........So I can understand writing something and not feeling its the best of what you can write.But some of the best things Ive written have been in short moments....where another poem will take 6 months.I once heard Courtney Love say Kurt Cobain wrote the song Dumb in 5 minutes.And its one of my fave songs from Nirvana....I think those songs like Psalm 131 and The Leaving Lament are brilliance and raw beauty. I guess Billy wont ever see it the way I do or many other fans. Its raw emotion. A voice and guitar. No production. but Billy never gives the fan what they want. Ive been waiting years for a studio version of Towers of Rabble to surface but that may never ever happen so I dont anticipate getting these songs unless by some stroke of luck and generosity Billy makes these gems(in my humble non - bitchy oppinion) available to us...But I do have to say A Stitch inTime comes close to the beauty I know Corgan is capable of ......Hells Bells...........

Corgan gives the fans what they want, c'mon don't be a dick. It's just Corgan is a perfectionist and I don't think raw beauty is something he wants to make right now. If you want raw beatuy check out Sonic Youth or Bright Eyes. Sonic Youth has a really raw and gritty sound, and Bright Eyes is one of the most emotional and most beautiful bands I've ever heard.

Cassadaga wasn't as emotional as his other stuff but No One Would Riot For Less makes me want to cry. It seems like he's trying to hard these days.

Stitch came out on the first Tuesday in March (3/2)....today is the first Tuesday in April.....one would think it should be today or at least sometime this week, but who knows.....

Kerry usually gives a heads up on Twitter a few days before the releases, so I wouldn't expect anything at all until he says something.

He was mixing an SP song last week.
