Love this song. Pisces is a great album, although there's a few sucky songs.

I think this song doesn't feel as "big" as some other ones from gish and siamese like rhinoceros or hummer because it specifically references a singular girl(which very few pumpkins songs do) and because musically it never breaks out of the dreaminess to become a rock song full of powerful epiphanies like the other big ones. It stays subtle and soft and delicate. And haven't any of you ever loved something for its softer side? I love this song for all the softest reasons. An easy 9.5.

It's not about waiting for me, it's about pacing. Just seems like the Whir thread ended faster than the previous ones.

I thought Whir had been going on a bit longer than the others, but I dunno, just seemed like it to me.

One of my favorite songs that James sings on. 9! It has a very nice dreamy feel.

Not bad for a James song. Fits in nicely after Whir, allowing for a sudden surge of rage when Pissant comes on. I think I'd give it a 7 or even higher, based on how it works in the context of the album, but judging it as a solitary song I'll go with 6.5.

I don't vote often because I don't like to vote without giving the song a good listen and coming up with some kind of comment. If I don't get the time to do that, I tend not to vote.

When I first got this album, this song stood out.
But now I couldn't give a (explicative) about it.
Seriously speaking, it is an artificially produced song. James getting his first chance to channel his country-ness.
