sounds about right although i think technology has made people more retarded scholastically. for example with text messaging, email, and internet lingo a lot of the younger generation has no clue how to write proper anymore. people aren't use to having to spell correctly for themselves, write in complete sentences, use proper punctuation and grammar or any of that anymore. nor can they do basic math computations in their head or a whole slew of other stuff. i think a lot of people are too reliant on computers to think for them and fix their mistakes. this computer/ internet reliant culture has kind of made people mentally lazy.
