When BC approves of videos/ideas like this video, it really makes me fear for Oceania becuase I start to question his judgement on quality.

I've been questioning his judgement since Teargarden began really. Such promise with what they were doing live before it started. Then we get Song For A Son without any emotion... and then 8 pop rock songs and one alternative rock song ruined by awful lyrics. Although it has been getting better and I do actually like most of the songs, it still fails to live up to the hype he gives before any release. So I'm worried his hype and interesting comments will also be leading to another let-down. And yeah, if he thought that Owata video was a good thing for "The Smashing Pumpkins" to do then that just makes me worry more.

epitome OFFLINE Die Posts: 6630	Yeah. He also said that it was going to be psychedelic rock... it's barely rock and it's not psychedelic. I shouldn't complain too much though. Although I wish it was better (it has no great songs, but most are good) it is fairly good. It's just that SP used to be better than most bands, now they're just in the large crowd of good ones, I think that's what disappoints me.
