It's very good. Great drumming. The whole "Revolution! Revolution!" stuff is kinda dumb though.

No it's not!

This song is the centre of Zeitgeist. The end of the world. Chaos. It's also one of the most experimental SP songs imo. They've only done the odd epic song here and there, mostly keeping it to 4 - 5 minute songs. I think this exceeds any epic from the original SP. Of all the other bands I like including Tool, Pink Floyd and others - this song seems to channel the only damn thing missing from pumpkins songs.

For a long time, this was my fave Zeit track. But the more i listen to it, the more i get bored of it. Its undeniably (spelling?) brilliant, but its just a bit too repetitive. Im with Epitome. All about Porcelina. Although i still love it. lots. I would say a 9

The drumming carries this song to a 6.6 for me. Otherwise, I think it was extremely poorly executed in studio. It was way better live.

I think I would have liked this song better if it wasn't for the "United States Revolution" theme—seriously, fighting and revolution? About what? Is it 1776? I mean, you can't get more politically placid than the U.S.! I really don't get what the supposed political anger or message in Zeitgeist is all about. Maybe I'm a wanker for not getting it, but my reaction is, "Oh yeah, uh, United States. go, go, go...(wtf is this supposed to be about?)"
