If he could handle Geek's intensity and all the screaming he does in Bullet/US/Zero/Pissant/As Rome Burns, etc...then I don't see why not.

I was honestly floored at how well him and the band handled Geek. They nailed it this tour. With the MCIS re-issues coming next year or so, you never know.
Yeah they did a pretty awesome job with "Geek USA" with the current line up. "Pissant" was fantastic too.

"The Crying Tree of Mercury" I liked a lot better live than the studio version. I still liked the "Wound" on Machina, but I think the Arising! tour version is way better. I agree that "The Fellowship" sounds better in studio than live. "Owata" was a great song live but the studio version sort of took some of the wind out of it's sails.

I can't STAND the studio Owata, but the live one aint bad.

The only thing I don't really like about the "Owata" studio version is the choice of synths/organ/keyboards on it. What I hate is the video for it, which makes me annoyed with the song sometimes lol.

I go on archive and look up "smashing pumpkins fm" cuz usually the best gigs are fm quality. The gigs on this livepumpkins.net are great though.

My favorite Machina-era show is the United Center one in 2000.

United Centre is good, but then again, so are most Machina shows.

^ I agree on Pennies. I'd love to see that and Marquis in Spades. Jennifer Ever would probably throw most of the crowd for a loop too. :)
