I'm confused. Is "To Sheila" from the 1999 Bridge School Benefit? It's not listed on splra or spfc, and I don't have it with the rest of my pumpkins files. So where and when was this recorded???

This torrent has billy and James at the benefit in 99, but the listing doesnt say it has To Sheila on it.
