Machina is an endless maze that goes way beyond the album alone. Once you know the background the album takes on new meaning. If they would have pulled everything off, Machina could have been one of the greatest musical projects of all time. It reminds me a lot of what Trent is doing with Year Zero. Supposedly it's the soundtrack to a yet to be made movie or novel. The whole "Art is Resistance" is a cheap knock off of GATMOG, and so were all the clues to websites, music and hidden messages.

Yeah, those cartoons were not good at all. The way they were written and I don't think were written by Billy personally if I remember correctly, seem to make Billy seem a lot more self-involved and full of himself if he had actually written them. It was just too over the top and pandering. The big bad record execs-CLICHE

I remember last December or so, the "Pumpkin Queen" hinted at the possibility of Glass and the Machines of God coming back, even in the form of a book or something like that. I guess that's not happening, just like the meet and greets that were supposed to happen in some of the cities with Myspace fan pages up. The closest thing to that was Pumpkin Queen showing up to the LA meetup, like she had done at the original UK meetup. But of course no SP.

I wonder what ever happened to that girl. Netphoria and relentless negativity must have crushed her spirit for getting involved with the fan community. I am not sure why she couldn't have tried reaching out to Blamo or something as well, just to see another side of the fan base, as they are the 2nd largest board or at least the one that has been around the longest (I post there too).
