I have to be honest The Smashing Pumpkins "Heavy Metal Machines (Alternate Version)" is not one of my favorite song by The Smashing Pumpkins. I think bad production and low quality downloads also make The Smashing Pumpkins "Heavy Metal Machines (Alternate Version)" very poor song. I think it would have been a perfect b-side for The Smashing Pumpkins "Heavy Metal Machines" which was gonna be a single but was canceled due to Machina / The Machines Of God's poor sales. As is I give The Smashing Pumpkins "Heavy Metal Machines (Alternate Version)" is rated as a 4 / 10.

Frank, do me a solid and let me rate this as a .2, ok? Please. Because even if the entirety of Oceania was Jeff playing a kazoo, Mike on trash can drums, Nicole playing the whoopy cushion, and Billy making manatee noises on top of a recording of him and Courtney Love having wild jungle sex in the middle of Times Square, I would rather listen to that 10 times over than listen to this piece of shit song one more time.

I love doing solids, but unfortunately the rules say we can't give anything lower than a 1.
At the moment though, it looks like it won't have any trouble bumping Le Deux Machina out of last place.

I think it would make more sense to be able to rate a song a 0, or else the lowest a song can get is 10%.
