So, Teargarden's second EP has finally been released, and just personally, I think that it's a huge improvement over the first. While some people will be dreading the next release (Don?), I'm really looking forward to the next EP.

So, what do you think about it? When will we see the next songs? Which songs could it be? Is there any obvious, or not so obvious flaw from the first and second EPs that you think Billy and Co. will have to reconcile? What direction can he take? Teargarden has definitely been established, and now he has 36 songs left to create the story and concept that he has envisioned. What will he do?

when will we see the next songs? well we've had what 3 in the past 3 months? So it's probably gonna be next June knowing Bolly and personally I wan't EP2 to fully be out first before I move on as the final two songs Tom Tom and The Fellowship still haven't released to the official site yet when that happens I'll start thinking about EP3 I hope he follows on with the electronica/guitar/shoegazey sounds of Fellowship and Tom Tom and I hope we see As Rome Burns but at this stage I think it's doubtful

Completely off topic but Billy's doing just fine in the "getting laid" department being as he's with some chick whose not only tiny compared to the giant Baldy Billy but also young enough to be his daughter but if she's the reason we're getting kick ass songs then by all means bang away Billy

Nope he's banging one of the Veronica's some aussie Pop group I think he's producing/wrote a song for their new record but don't quote me on that

I think The Fellowship and Tom Tom are Billy's best songs yet off the Teargarden project. This only bodes well for the next ep!

And I've made the decision not to listen to any of the songs til I can hear all four at once in the context of an EP! Where they might pack a harder punch by listening to 4 great songs at once! Would greatly improve my outlook of the project. I couldn't bear another few years to wait til TGBK is finished. tired. incoherent sentences

Why didn't you wait untill the name of the 3rd EP was announced ??

I'm pretty sure we won't see As Rome Burns on the next EP. I'm more excited to hear how the full band will sound.

I don't think As Rome Burns is going to be on TBK, as much as it pains me to say it. At least not on the third EP. Though one can only hope. I'm dying to hear studio versions of Make It Happen and Lonely is the Name, so here's my preferred tracklist.

I think As Rome Burns will definitely appear on Teargarden at some point, they play it at practically every show. Also, remember a few months back when Billy said in an interview that they hadn't even recorded Tom Tom yet as a response to a person asking if it would be on EP2? Well, on Twitter he just said "I'm happy to hear that so many fans like 'tom tom'. We actually messed around with that song for over a year." I guess this means he likes to surprise us with what songs are being released next, which means Gossamer may still appear on Teargarden!!!! He said earlier that they had demo'd Gossamer and that it didn't sound good or something.
