Yeah... but... I no longer have a tape player. PLUS - the main reason - I wouldn't want the tape getting chewed up, I'd want to keep that in pristine condition as a collectible.

I want to listen to the MP3s, whilst making out with the tape.

$49 dollars and $69 if you want the package with the shirt on SP.COM. I dont even want to know how much the Mellon Collie and Aeroplane Flies High will cost.

You guys brought up a good point. If it's 50 bucks for Pisces Mellon Collie will probably be in the realms of $80 - $100!! Jeez, when did it become so expensive to be a dedicated Pumpkins fan?

I don't think any narrow release date has been given. The original plan was for Mellon Collie, The Aeroplane Flies High and Adore to be out in 2012. Considering the wealth of content that's going into the first two, I reckon we might just see Mellon Collie released at the end of the year, and the others pushed back to 2013.

I wonder if the remasters of MCIS and Aeroplane will sound the same.
The original MCIS is lower and a bit more muffled than the original Aeroplane (best seen in the songs that are included in both) which has a sort of slightly increased volume.

Finally got my pisces pre-order in! Cant wait. Shame i wont get the tape mp3's. Couldnt afford the shipping of ordering from the SP site. As for predictions on release dates, my guess, MCIS out for xmas with Aeroplane out for new year. My only main concern is how much aeroplane is going to cost. I think MCIS might stick at the prices weve seen so far, but i get the feeling that aero will have more bonus material and will be a bigger deluxe box

It is what it is, folks! Just pre-ordered the Pisces Reissue Box Set as mp3's. I don't even have my own house yet to be buying physical stuff...else I'd be lugging shit around as I move every couple years!
