Over the past week or so I watched all the movies on my "to see" list.

The Assassination of Jesse James - Long, but good.
Michele Clayton - 3 stars
No Country For Old Men - Good but slightly disappointing
Gone Baby Gone - Decent...nothing special

and

Into the Wild was absolutely fucking amazing (good soundtrack too). The best movie I've seen in a long time. Should have won best picture IMO. That's my one recommendation.

yteah OFFLINE V-8 keepin it real Posts: 1838	no country for old men was pretty disappointing, i thought it was a "who wins" sort of thing i recommend the three amigo's cartoon with donald duck, a mexican bird, and a parrot. it is a classic.

I'll just say a couple that haven't been mentioned so far...

"Wristcutters: A Love Story"...the title will make some think it's "emo" stuff, but it isn't. It's kinda quirky and funny, like Little Miss Sunshine. Also brilliant. AND Tom Waits is in it.

The French film "Ils" is the most tense film I have ever seen...if you like horror, or enjoy being scared, then...just watch it.
