Thanks KJ! I'll get on it :thumbsup
I agree, Goo is good for boobs. I mean, uh, noobs. Sorry, I was thinking about Kim Gordon in the Kool Thing video...

Kim Gordon used to be smokin'. Seen her now though? Certainly not as bad as Courtney but still.

True, true. I guess she's showing her age though. Kinda looks like David Bowie

Come on guys she's going to be 60 in two years, I think she's aged very well considering that.

Indeed.
When I saw SY live in 2009 she looked like being maybe 35-40 years old.
She has aged extremly well imo.

makeup and stage lighting, hello...

I wouldn't say age has wrecked her, just that she shows it appropriately. Unlike Thurstoon Moore, the eternal 15-year old :p

This is the end of the world and that is probably the most shocking thing I have read in years. :sigh
True love seems to be a sharade, indeed, ryon.
So Sonic Youth maybe will end soon...I think I'm going to cry out loud now.

This is terribly depressing, I thought that would last forever.:(
I was never a believer in true love, this doesn't really help change my view.

So they've announced a breakup, but not a dissolution of the band yet?

Can you guys imagine Thurst and Kim still living the band life without being a pair any more ?
For me it's hard to imagine to play in a band with your ex-gf always there...

yeah, i wonder if its the end of SY too. that's too bad. it would be awkward though, but then again they have a kid and might be on ok terms after being married forever so who knows.

Depends on what happens. If it was a messy breakup then I don't see it happening. But if it was a mutual thing or along those lines then maybe they'll try it out.

Yeah, that's probably what makes or breaks it.
