Well, they don't have to read you your rights before they arrest you, butt they do have to read you your rights before they interrogate you, and that's where I got them. I let them interrogate me for thirty-minutes before I said something, that way they couldn't give me any of that "We were just about to read you your rights." crap.

I do live in Florida, Pensacola, Florida to exact. The worst thing about the Police is they get sixty dollars every time they arrest someone, so that motivates them to pick up anyone that looks "suspicious".

Man, the Florida police totally deserve their bad rep. I have a friend who was accosted and unduly manhandled by a cop in Miami just because he looked like a theft suspect in the area. And this friend of mine is like the nicest guy ever! It was really hard on him after that.

Dude, that's everyday out in Oakland. I think Oakland was named the sixth most dangerous city in America or something.

Also, the cops don't have to read you your rights when they arrest you, that's just bullshit we get from television.

It's true that The Police do not have to read a Suspect their rights when The Police arrest a Suspect, but The Police do have to read a Suspect their rights before The Police interrogate a Suspect. The do have to read you your rights but not when the arrest you, so you're half right, Nixi :)
